David Graddol will describe the project, illustrate some of the classroom activities teachers in Mexico carried out with young learners, and discuss theoretical implications. The researcher’s, teacher’s and learner’s perspectives of this multi-layered project will be illustrated with photographs and video clips.
Nick Saville will describe how this project fits into a wider interest at Cambridge Assessment in understanding the context in which English learning takes place.
